When loading quartz crucibles, the wrong way not only causes damage to the crucible, but also leads to poor loading effect, which will affect the later use effect. So below, the editor will explain to you what things need to be paid more attention to when loading the crucible.
1. When filling block materials, they should be packed as densely as possible below the liquid level line. It is better to have surface contact between the middle and lower block materials and the crucible wall. The block material above the liquid level line should have a point contact surface to avoid deformation of the quartz crucible caused by inward bending due to edge hanging in the molten material.

2.When loading small crushed materials, try to load them into the middle and lower parts of the quartz crucible as much as possible.Do not pour all the crushed materials on top of the crucible. When loading, leave some block materials on top of the small materials. In this way, when the lower raw materials are completely dissolved, the upper block materials will carry the crushed materials down together by their own gravity.
Therefore, when loading quartz crucibles,it is important to pay attention to the above two points and follow the correct loading method. Before loading the crucible,it is necessary to conduct a detailed inspection to ensure that there are no abnormal problems before loading. This can ensure that the crucible can be used normally, thereby avoiding problems during use.
